THE POLICY IS SIMPLE: All affiliate courses have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Alternatively, you can also view a course owner’s refund policy by visiting its website. If you click on an “Preview This Course button”, you will be prompted to get on the course owner’s website; this is where you will be able to view its refund policy before completing your transaction. Creatorskillset Course Refund Policy

If you have sat on any of our training it means you have activated your membership. If you have not activated anything then you may claim for a refund within 5 days of purchase.
For the courses that are hosted on our own Creatorskillset platform, by any instructor added on our Creatorskillset platform, the policy is simple: you get 100% refund if you are not happy with the courses within the 5 days after the purchase of the course or the subscription to the courses. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Contact us at hello@techvrai.com to request a refund or if you have any questions about our Refund Policy.

 

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • If request for refund is made before the order delivery, you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If request for refund is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If a request for a refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
  • All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. All Branding Solutions, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@techvrai.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Changes (if applicable)

We only replace designs if our designed logos are proved to be plagiarized from the internet. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@techvrai.com
